All products, in the online store, can be purchased by selecting the option “Add to Cart” or “View options” (in the case of some products with several options). Then, you can access your shopping cart – in the upper right corner – and finalize your purchase, filling in all the information requested at checkout.

We currently have a campaign to get free shipping. Any active campaign is communicated at the top of our website, on social media, newsletter and also at the checkout of your order.

Yes. There are only a few exceptions in some European countries.

If you confirm your order on a working day before 2 pm (GMT+0) and proceed with the payment, your order will be shipped on the Monday closest to the payment confirmation date. (the customer has the possibility to choose the most convenient Monday for us to ship, as long as it is available in the calendar on the checkout page), after processing time (7 – 10 working days)shipping via CTT only processed on Mondays (weekends and holidays are not considered working days), with a delivery period of 5 working days since the order is shipped from Pet Plushies, for deliveries in Mainland Portugal. Shipments to Europe and Islands delivery varies between 7 and 12 business days and for North America between 15 and 30 business days. (approximate number of days, which may vary depending on the time of year and the situation in each country). Deadlines may vary according to the time of year, and deliveries may take up to 10 working days before Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter, in the case of Mainland Portugal, and up to 30 working days for the rest of the world.
If you choose to pay by ATM reference, the shipment is less efficient, as we will only ship after receiving the payment. This can take between 7 to 10 business days.

All shipments are made on Mondays, via CTT. You have the option to choose the shipping day at Checkout and we will try to fulfill that request. You must bear in mind that using the method of bank transfer or payment of services at Multibanco, the proof of payment must arrive no later than 2 pm (GMT+0) the following day, otherwise the shipment of your order will be postponed to Monday following the one you chose on the Checkout page.

For now, your articles can be sent to any location in Portugal and the Islands, Europe (except some countries), the United States of America and the rest of the world.

At the moment we do not have an item reservation service. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to purchase them later. Please note that you are not making reservations for any items in this way. You are just saving it for future reference.

Yes, we are accepting customizations. On the product page, just specify the desired customization in the text box available. If not, please leave the text box empty. The final price will be calculated according to the completion of the form.

How can I pay for my order in the online store?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order (approximate weight of your items with the shipping package). The amount paid may vary throughout the year, according to the values charged by CTT and/or the distributor used at the time. The minimum value at the moment is 2.40 euros.

You can! Simply select the shipping method “Levantamento na Boavista, Porto” when checking out.
